Today the office girls got to take a little field trip!! The company I work for, Jones Excavating, is apart of the huge project going on in downtown Salt Lake known as City Creek. One of the buildings was having the last of the steel placed on the top of it and the had a "topping off" luncheon today right in the middle of it all. It was so fun and interesting to finally really see what we have been doing down there for the last couple years. We had a blast! (getting out of the office for an afternoon was nice too!!)

Us and Scot (Superintendent over the ENTIRE project - hard worker!)

Realizing pretty quick why steel toed boots are required. Sorry about your toe Kathleen

Update! (Better late than never, Right??)

Our kitchen has been done now for quite a while!! As well as our Mantle and newly painted wall. The only thing left we are going to do is put tile in the kitchen and into the entry way. We are going to wait to do all that though. Thanks Steven for ALL THE HARD WORK you put in on our house!! We really appreciate it!! And thank you Nikki for letting him come over ALOT of Saturdays to work on it!! We love you guys!!! These pictures do not do the new cabinets and countertop justice!

Easter Sunday

Easter was a busy busy day!! Well.... a little less busy than we were planning. We originally were going to be attending 3 sacrament meetings, We really wanted to go to ours and then we had a baby blessing - Congrat's Baby Tyce, We love you!! And we also had Daniel's best friends Homecoming - Welcome Home Tyler! We ended up not going to our Sacrament Meeting because Garrett fell asleep about 30 min before it started and we knew with the long day we had, we should just let him sleep. So, we missed ours but we made it to the blessing and the Homecoming!! Then we had a few luncheon's and an Easter Dinner at my Parents house. All in all Garrett did really well all day - except that he wouldn't smile in any pics. Oh well, that's a long day for such a little guy. Here are my attempted pictures though.....

MY 2 FAVORITE GUYS:

Growing, Growing, Growing

A couple weeks ago (when it was really warm outside) my friend, Kristen and I took our boys to the park. Because Garrett cant walk yet, he just stuck to the swings. I think he liked them, for a little while at least. I also stuck this picture of him in his new carseat in, not for any huge purpose, just because I CANNOT believe how fast these little babies grow up!!!
