Way Fun Sleep Over at "Ama's"

This Last Friday Daniel suprised me with an early Christmas present!! He set it all up that His mom would watch Garrett and he and I would get an entire day and night to ourselves!! We had such a good time! we had a very relaxing day of shopping and looking around for Christmas presents for Garrett, then we went to Macaroni Grill for dinner and then to a Hotel (where we didnt have to see any laundry that needed to be done or any unfinished projects). It was so Fun!!! I honestly thought that we would sleep at least until like 9 in the morning because we didnt have a baby to get up with, but nope, sure didnt. We were both up at 4 in the morning (he usually gets up between 3-4 to eat) and then we were up again at 7. So... needless to say, we didnt get anymore sleep than we would have with him, but it was still so fun to just be me and Dan. I'll tell you though by the time morning hit, I was so ready to go pick up our baby!! We missed him sooooo much!

So we get to Ama and Papas house and Garrett couldnt have cared less if we would have left him another night. He thought he was so cool to have had his first sleep over. Linda said that when he got up to eat he was just talking and laughing and having a great time!! Thanks so much Linda and Steve for watching him!!!!
